Four Winds Recovery Center provides residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient treatment to adults struggling with substance use disorders.
Four Winds Recovery Center is a private, nonprofit, facility providing residential, Intensive Outpatient, and outpatient services for the recovery from substance use disorders as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. The facility has been in continuous operation since 1979. Four Winds Recovery Center serves adults from San Juan County, the neighboring Navajo Nation, and other communities throughout the state of New MexicoFour Winds Recovery Center is staffedby a multidisciplinary team of skilled behavioral health professionals including but not limited to: Independently licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselors, licensed substance abuse associates, a registered nurse, a licensed clinical social worker, and a clinical supervisor. Four Winds Recovery Center contracts with a certified nurse practitioner and a prescribing psychologists for diagnosis and medication management for co-occurring clients. Our staff members represent the various cultural and ethnic backgrounds of our clients.
