Perito Moreno Glacier with Boat trip
Explore the stunning glacier on a guided tour through the National Park, featuring breathtaking views and remarkable ice formations!
Your day of activity begins with the transfer from your accommodation in El Calafate to the National Park. You will travel along Route 11 observing the Patagonian steppe with its characteristic fauna and flora and the famous Lago Argentino. Together with your expert guides, you will learn about the history, ecology, and geology of the area.
Upon entering the National Park, make a stop at the Mirador de los Suspiros. Here you will have your first view of the Brazo Rico and the south face of the emblematic Perito Moreno Glacier. Then, begin your walk along the walkways of the Los Glaciares National Park, which are approximately 3 miles long and are divided into different levels that allow you to contemplate this famous glacier (declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO) from different panoramic perspectives that amaze all its visitors.
As you walk along these walkways, you will see its imposing ice walls, and with a little luck, you will witness its amazing block detachments and its beautiful blue tones. Once you finish the tour of the walkways, you will begin your return to the town of El Calafate after having experienced one of the most important glaciers in the world.
