4-Day Lares Trek

Ayni offers a unique Lares trek route which affords wonderful panoramic views of snowcapped peaks and shockingly blue lakes. Trek through the gorgeous high Andes on this unique and remote route, and spend the final day touring the breathtaking Wonder of the World, Machu Picchu.
Visit local Andean communities for an authentic and up-close look into life and culture in the Peruvian Andes. Catch a glimpse at an area where traditional Andean life continues to this day. Learn about local industry, like weaving and growing crops, to local artisans and farmers. There is also the opportunity to participate in optional homestays with local families. At the end of the trek, relax in the beautiful Lares hot springs and rest your trekking bones.
