Over two days, visit Alcatraz, wander through Muir Woods, and enjoy wines at top wineries in wine country!
Day One: Visit Alcatraz, taking a ferry with stunning views of the San Francisco skyline, Golden Gate Bridge, and Angel Island. Then, explore the aquarium, home to 20,000 animals native to the San Francisco Bay.
Day Two: Journey through the Marin Headlands, passing Mt. Tamalpais, to a shaded canyon with coastal redwoods. Step off the mini-coach into a lush wonderland and explore the world's tallest trees on wooden boardwalks.
After Muir Woods, head into Wine Country, where your guide will share the region's rich history of wine production and the rolling hills and grapevines that have inspired many artists. Stop for lunch in Sonoma's town square, where you can enjoy your packed lunch or enjoy local treats.
Then, visit top wineries like Bouchaine, Kieu Hoang, Homewood, and Robledo to taste a variety of whites, reds, and dessert wines, with expert guidance.
