On the return journey, stop in Falkland, known for its beautifully preserved palace and Outlander connections, before passing the iconic Forth Bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.   • Adverse weather conditions or other similar events beyond the Operator’s control are reasons for the Operator to reserve the right to amend or alter the product, or to fully or partially withdraw the programme. If suitable substitute services cannot be offered, a refund will be provided (less reasonable expenses incurred by the Operator in respect of the booking). The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the unused portion of the tour.
  • The coach cannot wait for anyone who is late to the meeting location.
  • If you are using a an audio guide in French, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or German please bring your own headphones.
  • Travel insurance must be purchased before travel and is required for all passengers, covering all applicable dates of travel with Highland Explorer. The policy must include trip interruption, personal injury, medical expenses, evacuation, and repatriation coverage, including during pandemic events. The choice of insurer is yours, and it is recommended that insurance be purchased at or soon after booking the trip. Highland Explorer Tours will not be held liable for any costs incurred by a passenger resulting from failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.
  • The Operator reserves the right to vary, modify or cancel any itinerary, either part or wholly. If this is necessary, they will substitute alternative arrangements of comparable value, or at the Operator’s discretion provide a full or partial refund.
