Meet inside JR Ueno Station building (outside the JR Central Gate), near the entrance of Hard Rock Cafe. There are a few entrances to the Hard Rock Café, they are waiting for you near the one on the other side of the bakery named 'ANDERSEN'
Your guide will be holding an orange umbrella so they will be easy to spot.
