A traditional Thai massage treatment that combines Swedish massage strokes and Thai stretching with warm herbal compresses to help relax, detoxify, increase blood flow, and stimulate the lymphatic system. The muslin compresses are filled with Thai herbs and spices including lemongrass, turmeric, prai, kaffir lime, camphor, and tamarind. This blend of herbs is the traditional recipe of the Wat Po temple in Bangkok. This special blend of herbs helps to relieve muscle and joint pain, increase blood circulation, and nourish and revitalize the skin.
