Hands-on New Orleans Traditions Cooking Class

Don your aprons and prepare to learn new recipes, cook amazing dishes, and savor the fruits of your labor.
As you immerse yourself in the flavors of Louisiana's world-famous cuisine, you'll also delve into the rich history behind these iconic dishes. These age-old recipes will quickly become your new favorite Cajun/Creole dishes; dishes that are centuries old and still adorn today.
You will use all the favorite Cajun and Creole meats to make Jambalaya and Barbecue Shrimp. The dishes you will be cooking are Barbecue Shrimp (New Orleans style), Chicken and Andouille Sausage Jambalaya, and Chocolate Bread Pudding with a Brandy Mocha Sauce.
