  • Guests should be in good physical condition (able to walk at least 5 miles) and have moderate upper body strength for potential via ferrata
  • Please arrive at the meeting location at least 15 minutes prior to the tour start time
  • Please bring: A bathing suit, towel, jacket (windbreaker, light rain jacket, or hardshell), running or light hiking shoes that can go in water, water (1 liter/person), and a small lunch or lots of snacks
