Know Before You Go

Note that the time you select at checkout is the time of your Alcatraz ferry.
You may take the San Francisco Bay cruise anytime you choose. A schedule of departure times will be sent to you.
This activity will take place rain or shine.
Keep in mind these are two separate tours, which may be taken on different days.
For the Alcatraz tour, the meeting point is at Pier 33 – Alcatraz Landing. The date and time you select at check-out is the date and time of your Alcatraz tour. You will receive a QR code the night before your tour. Arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour and head straight to the boarding line.
For the San Francisco Bay Cruise, the meeting point is at Pier 39. You will receive a schedule prior to your tour and you may choose to take this tour at any time on any day. Arrive 15 minutes prior to your desired departure time and exchange your voucher for your ticket at the ticket booth.
