Experience the sublime beauty of Laguna Beach on this easy, historic loop that bypasses the busy streets. Pedal through the quaint Craftsman neighborhoods and gardens. The tour stops at Heisler Park to see the magnificent public art, and experience the charming downtown commercial district with many artist residencies.
Start the ride at La Vida Laguna's office in Central Laguna and head east, looping through Bluebird Canyon to experience the rolling inland hills. Then riders will climb easily high above the city in the Mystic Hills neighborhood with a commanding view of the downtown district, Main Beach, and historic Laguna Hotel. Roll through the quaint downtown area, navigating picturesque neighborhoods past the historic Pyne Castle, with elevated ocean views in the bucolic and historic North Laguna. Then head seaward to beautiful Crescent Bay Beach Park, with the best panoramic view of the coastline that extends from Dana Point all the way up to Palos Verdes in LA County!
Following PCH, the tour takes the group south through Heisler Park to view some of the town's amazing public art. Last, cycle back through the downtown village and the Central Laguna neighborhood, home to early California Craftsman bungalows.
