Know Before You Go

Tours begin and depart precisely at the scheduled tour or experience start time.
Due to extremely strict time slots for entry into attractions and for food preparation, guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour's start time.
If you show up late or cannot find the meeting point, for any reason, refund requests are not honored per policy.
Refunds are not given in the case of cancellation due to planes, trains, automobiles, or illness. Please plan ahead.
Refunds are not given in cases of inclement weather. Tours run rain or shine. In the event that weather conditions make it impossible to tun the tour, your tour guide will contact you to offer a rescheduling or a refund.
Bring an umbrella and/or a rain jacket.
Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available. However, it’s not suitable for vegans or individuals with severe food allergies.
Dress comfortably for walking and weather.
