Enjoy the Yampa River and learn basic paddling and river safety. You will meet at Mountain Sports Kayak School before your lesson and have the option of the morning slot from 9 - 12 or the afternoon slot from 1 - 4. This program is aimed toward people that have never been in a whitewater kayak. All equipment and kayaks are provided. This guided lesson is 3 hours total from the time you arrive to the time you leave.
