Eco Terra's most popular tour begins at Mundo Aventura Natural Park by 5:30am and ends at 9:30am with a delicious light breakfast of fruit, juice, and coffee. The circuit trail combines tree plantations, a regenerating forest with open grasslands and pastures, and small brooks which permit the observation of typical open area birds. Among the most common birds found here are Great Kiskadees, Tropical Kingbird Flycatchers, Montezuma Orioles, Variable Seedeater, Tropical Tyrants, Red-billed Pigeons, and Groove-billed Anis.
In addition, tour guests can observe less common resident species like the Iron Architect and the Laughing Falcon, a good-sized hawk whose presence is an indicator of a healthy environment. It's also possible to see the Black-Cheeked Woodpecker and Purple Trogons. Among the aquatic habit birds, which are the most difficult to observe, guests might be graced with the presence of Uniform Crakes and White-throated Fledgling.
