Overview

Blending Whiskey Tour Experience

A 1.25-hour Irish whiskey blending experience with guided tastings, a museum tour, and a personalized whiskey blend to take home.

Details

Discover the art of Irish whiskey blending through an interactive experience designed to deepen appreciation for one of Ireland’s most celebrated traditions. The journey begins with a guided tour of the museum, where expert guides introduce the history, heritage, and craftsmanship behind Irish whiskey production. Guests are then invited to explore the distinct characteristics of four carefully selected Irish whiskeys, learning to identify their aromas, flavor profiles, and unique qualities ranging from smooth and mellow to rich and smoky.

The experience continues with a hands-on blending workshop led by knowledgeable whiskey specialists. Guests can experiment with different whiskey styles, including malt, grain, and pot still varieties, while learning how each component influences the final blend. Throughout the session, expert guidance and historical insights provide a deeper understanding of whiskey-making traditions. To conclude the experience, each guest takes home a personalized 70ml bottle of their own custom Irish whiskey blend as a memorable keepsake.
