Know Before You Go
This tour goes rain or shine! So please prepare accordingly. Unless on the very rare occasion due to potential safety concerns this trip may be cancelled or postponed this trip will go when it is raining. This specific canyon is not prone to floods and thick wetsuits will keep you warm even on cold wet days so please dress accordingly!
Bring good outdoor shoes! Good profile trail running shoes or light hiking shoes work best. you will be required to hike a short trail to get to the top of the canyon so tennis shoes, urban footwear, and sandals are not recommended.
Do not bring cotton t-shirts which will not keep you warm when you are wet. Paddle or surf shirts (neoprene ones) work great and are a good item to bring. Everyone will get wet! The canyon water source remains cold throughout the whole year even on hot days.
