After visiting 180+ pizzerias, Steve came up with 101 outstanding pizzas, broken into 10 distinct styles.  The book "Pizza City, USA: 101 Reason Why Chicago is America's Greatest Pizza Town" is the inspiration for Pizza City, USA tours, dedicated to showing couples there's more to Chicago than deep-dish.  You will tour four pizzerias showcasing four different styles of pizza, in four different Chicago neighborhoods.
