City Surf Fitness Class
A unique fitness class all done on stability surfboards, giving you a workout like no other! Challenge your balance, improve your stamina, and feel stronger after this 50-minute classes. Classes incorporate weights, resistance bands, and various equipment to give you a full body workout every time.
