Customers say that their experiences with Turtle Tubing are overwhelmingly negative, citing frequent last-minute cancellations, poor communication, and a lack of responsiveness from the company. Many guests report being left stranded without any notification or refunds, leading to significant frustration and disappointment. However, a small number of reviews praise the fun and enjoyable tubing experience itself, along with the quality of the equipment and the scenery. Overall, visitors strongly advise against booking with Turtle Tubing, recommending alternatives like Sage Outdoor Adventures instead.
