All guests (including children) must bring ID on the day of their tour. This is especially important when booking reduced tickets (such as child tickets 2-10 years old) as Sagrada Familia often asks for ID as proof of age
The tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows
This tour involves a lot of street walking and climbing stairs, making it unfortunately unsuitable for wheelchairs and strollers. Please contact the tour operator so we can discuss alternative tours and arrange your visit
Due to the religious nature of La Sagrada Familia, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. You can bring extra covering (scarves, etc) to put on just before entering. Tour provider cannot be held responsible for those denied entry.
