Know Before You Go
  • Check-in is required at LEAST 15 minutes before departure time we will not wait for late passengers.
  • 30 minutes before departure time the crew will be at the Kiosk at the Town Pier. Please see them to have your QR code scanned and to receive your physical boarding card.

  • Please note there is NO car parking at the Town Pier. The nearest car park is the West End Car park, which is just a short 5 minute walk along to the Pier.

  • Bring warm layers or waterproof jacket, comfortable footwear, binoculars (optional), and smartphone or camera (optional)
  • Children should be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the cruise especially while moving about the boat to ensure their safety.
  • Please note that boarding the boat is via a gangway, which moves up and down with the tide. Unfortunately this makes it unsuitable for wheelchair users. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We encourage people with poor mobility to get in touch with us prior to booking so we can check tide times and provide the best advice for your visit.

  • Weather on Loch Linnhe may change rapidly and your safety is our priority cruises may be adjusted or postponed if conditions become unsafe. Please note we do not cancel in the event of rain but passengers should dress appropriately and be prepared for varying weather.
