Know Before You Go

Cruises depart from Mission Bay
Dress in layers — ocean temperatures are cooler than on land
Flat, non-slip shoes are strongly recommended
Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed but our crew works hard to provide the best viewing opportunities
Vessel is Coast Guard inspected and safety equipped
All cruises require a minimum passenger count to operate
Motion sickness medication is recommended for guests prone to seasickness
Children 15 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult
A digital waiver is required for each guest prior to boarding. Guests under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian
During the summer months, holidays, and weekends, Mission Bay experiences heavy traffic. Please plan to arrive early to allow time for parking.
45 Minutes Before Departure – Check-In Opens: Arrive and proceed to the Ticket Booth to check in and receive your physical boarding pass. We will confirm that all guests have completed the required electronic waiver. A waiver link was sent via messaging; if needed, we can resend it via text message upon request.
5 Minutes Before Departure – Check-In Closes: Check-in closes promptly 5 minutes prior to departure. We cannot hold the boat for late arrivals. If space is available, we may rebook you to a later departure date or time. A $2.50 rebooking fee per person applies.
