In the heart of San Telmo, La Ventana offers an authentic tango experience in a beautifully restored historic building. From classic to contemporary, the show traces the rich evolution of tango in Buenos Aires. Just when you think you've seen it all, the show will take a turn towards the north of Argentina, and the artists will dazzle you with the gaucho, dance, and Andean music typical of northwest Argentina.
The great orchestra of Juan D'Arienzo and a quintet is composed of a piano, a double bass, three bandoneons, a violin, and two singers. Enjoy a captivating tango show featuring four dance couples in stunning costumes, along with a vibrant folkloric performance by artists from northern Argentina, complete with thrilling drum rhythms and a dazzling boleadoras display. Additionally, enjoy a one-hour tango lesson, followed by a delicious feast of authentic Argentine cuisine.
