Know Before You Go

This tour meets underneath the Portico, just outside the entrance of the Correr Museum in Piazza San Marco, 30124. The Correr Museum is directly opposite the entrance of St. Marks Basilica.
Please note that the tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no shows
All guests (including children) must bring ID on the day of their tour. Children under 6 are not permitted on this tour due to Doge's Palace regulations
Walks / Devour comply with all local government regulations. Please refer to local government websites for the most up-to-date information
The prisons and secret itineraries are not wheelchair-accessible, nor is the route suitable for those with walking disabilities, pregnant women, or those with claustrophobia. Additionally, children under 6 are not permitted on this tour
If the local municipality restricts access due to high tide and there are no walkways available, it is the client’s responsibility to bring appropriate footwear (e.g., boots). The guide will modify the itinerary to include alternate dry paths whenever possible
No refund will be provided if high tide prevents certain parts of the tour, but adjustments to the route will be made for client safety and comfort. If access is restricted due to private events inside St. Mark's Basilica and/or Doge's Palace, the operator cannot be held responsible. This is a situation beyond operator control. No refund will be issued
Backpacks are prohibited inside the Doge's palace. Free storage is available but please note you must return to the entrance to pick up your items at the end of the tour
Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs, or strollers. Additionally, children under 6 are not permitted inside the secret itineraries and therefore cannot take this tour
There is no air conditioning in the secret passages, meaning the narrow spaces can get very hot in summer
Access inside the Doge's Palace is sometimes restricted due to private events. Access is likely but not guaranteed
The museum is closed on Tuesdays. Tuesday visitors will receive a ticket for the next day
