See the Eastside of LA from the soaring palm tree-lined Elysian Park (LA's oldest park) to a bird's eye view of Dodger Stadium high atop a hilltop helipad, all on this short n' sweet bike ride. From a historic, art-deco jail that once housed the notorious American gangster Al “Scarface” Capone, to a breezy cruise through Frogtown's burgeoning art scene, along the LA River to Glendale Narrows. The two-lane, two-way stretch of the paved Elysian Valley bike path offers joggers, walkers, bike commuters, and pleasure riders a safe haven from cars, but this little ribbon of joy also unfurls along restaurants and coffee shops aplenty.
