The tour continues with a behind-the-scenes look at how Eden Mill crafts its single malts, guided tastings of the vibrant new make spirit, the Signature Single Malt, and Art of St Andrews, a limited-edition single malt. Guests also explore the cask warehouse to sample a maturing whisky straight from the cask, before concluding with a cocktail and cheeseboard in the Lookout Bar, the distillery’s top-floor cocktail space.
