The Cask Mastery distillery tour at Eden Mill offers an exclusive, curated experience for whisky enthusiasts, complete with flexible transport and a warm welcome from the start. Guests are collected from St Andrews or nearby locations and brought to the distillery, where the visit begins with a refreshing whisky highball and private access to the Distiller's Lab—the heart of Eden Mill's innovation.
The tour continues with a behind-the-scenes look at how Eden Mill crafts its single malts, guided tastings of the vibrant new make spirit, the Signature Single Malt, and Art of St Andrews, a limited-edition single malt. Guests also explore the cask warehouse to sample a maturing whisky straight from the cask, before concluding with a cocktail and cheeseboard in the Lookout Bar, the distillery's top-floor cocktail space.

Know Before You Go

Please arrive 10 minutes before your experience and meet at the welcome area of our distillery where you will be checked-in. Upon making your booking, you will receive a QR code with the confirmation email so please ensure you have this with you on the day.
Any children over the age of 8 are permitted on this tour when accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 for the duration of the visit. There will be a soft drink option available. By law, we are required to ask for age verification if you look younger than 25 years old. Please bring ID with you if this applies.
Photography and video capture is not permitted in certain zones of the distillery. Your host will point these out to you during your experience. For part of this experience, you will be inside our operational distillery so please wear sensible footwear. High heels, flip flops and any open toe sandals are not permitted.
All experiences at the distillery are fully accessible for wheelchair users.
Service animals are welcome, although please note that distillery area may be uncomfortable for them due to loud noises and mesh mezzanine flooring.
At the point of booking, please advise bookings@spurexperiences.com of any accessibility and dietary requirements.
As you enter the distillery, please remember that this is an active production space. Some equipment may be extremely hot, and you may encounter occasional loud noises. For your safety, we kindly ask that you do not touch any distillery equipment during the tour.
We require appropriate footwear. Sensible, closed-toe shoes must be worn, open-toed shoes and stiletto heels are not permitted. Guests wearing unsuitable footwear may not be allowed to participate in the distillery portion of the experience.
