Participants are welcomed with a refreshing Eden Mill G&T before being introduced to the fascinating history of gin and Eden Mill’s role in Scotland’s craft spirit scene. A guided tasting follows, featuring the distillery’s three signature Coastal Gins — Golf Gin, Love Gin, and Original Gin — each paired with sweet treats designed to complement their botanicals.

The experience then moves behind the bar, where guests take part in a guided cocktail session inside one of Eden Mill’s beautiful tasting rooms. Under the guidance of the in-house mixologist, they learn to craft two delicious gin cocktails, picking up expert techniques along the way.
