Know Before You Go

Please arrive 10 minutes before your experience, and meet at the welcome area of the distillery where you will be checked-in.
Upon making your booking, you will receive a QR code with the confirmation email so please ensure you have this with you on the day.
Any children over the age of 8 are permitted on this tour when accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 for the duration of the visit.
There will be a soft drink option available.
By law, age verification is required if you appear younger than 25. Please bring ID if this applies.
Photography, and video capture is not permitted in certain zones of the distillery. Your host will point these out to you during your experience.
All experiences at the distillery are fully accessible for wheelchair users.
Service animals are welcome, though loud noises and mesh mezzanine flooring may make the distillery area uncomfortable for them.
