Know Before You Go

The maximum weight allowed per person is 265 lbs (120 kgs), and the minimum height requirement is 5 ft (1.50 m).
The entrance fee at Tierra Sagrada is $25 USD per adult and $12.5 USD per child. Please note that this fee is not included in your booking and should be paid at check-in.
Round-trip transportation is provided for guests who book their tours at least 24 hours in advance. If you make a reservation less than 24 hours before the tour, please call (624) 173-9528 to confirm transportation availability.
The minimum age for participants is 8 years old.
For safety reasons, the use of cell phones, cameras, and GoPros is not permitted during the e-bike ride.
You have the option to pay a $15 USD fee per e-bike as an exemption for potential damages or leave an open voucher.
Guests must be fully mobile, in good physical condition, and have basic bike riding skills to participate in this adventure.
Please bring comfortable clothes, closed-toe athletic shoes, a light sweater during the winter, sunglasses and a hat, biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellent, and money for photos, gratuities, and souvenirs.
