French Macaron Class

Enjoy this hands-on entertaining class on how to perfect your skills so that you can make your own delectable French Macarons at home for family and friends.
The class includes making the batter; piping, baking, and filling; and a demonstration on making Ganache from scratch. You will also learn the history of the science of French Macarons.
Note: This class is nut-free, kosher, and gluten-free. This is a public tour with a maximum of eight participants.
