Know Before You Go
  • It is advised to book your Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel tour and the Roman Forum, Colosseum, and Palatine Hill tour at least three weeks in advance. All Vatican bookings are final. Please follow the instructions found in the "Booking Required" section on this webpage to book https://gocity.com/en/rome/attractions/vatican-museums-and-sistine-chapel
  • Pasta Class, Pizza Class, and River Cruise Aperitif on the Tiber tickets must also be booked in advance (at least 24 hours recommended)
  • On your first day of sightseeing, head to a GoCity Concierge Services location to collect your Colosseum tickets (if pre-booked) and the team will help you book other attractions on the pass
  • Once your pass is issued, download the Go City app. You'll find all the information you need to start planning. The app includes entry information, opening hours, and a handy digital map.
  • Visit your first attraction to activate your pass. Just show your pass when you arrive.
  • Once you activate your pass, this will count as your first full day. You will then have the following consecutive days, depending on the duration you have chosen, to use it.
  • This pass is valid for a full calendar day, not a 24-hour period. If you start in the afternoon, you'll miss out on morning sightseeing. Start early to get the most out of your pass.
  • Some attractions need to be booked in advance. Click on the attraction in the Go City app to see advanced scheduling details and instructions. When you make a reservation on the app, this will count towards your pass usage.
  • Advanced reservations must be made on a day in which your pass is, or will be, activated.
