LET IT ALL GOAT with the original goats that started the global phenomenon…GOAT YOGA! Part Yoga, Part Animal Assisted Therapy, and Part BEAUTIFUL views and LOVING animals! Goat Yoga is about disconnecting from day to day stress, illness or depression and focusing on happy vibes! No yoga experience is needed. Start out with 30-minutes of Goat Yoga, followed by Goat Happy Hour with Oregon Wine or Beer. Go for a tour of the farm and meet the pigs and chickens and then you’re free to stroll the property with your drink and relax with the animals. The venue is No Regrets Farm Sanctuary in Monroe which is located between Eugene and Corvallis. Events are held outdoors (weather permitting) or inside THE most amazing 130-year-old barn with 360-degree views of in the Southern Willamette Valley. CARPOOLING IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED SINCE PARKING IS TRICKY! Please arrive no earlier than 15-minutes before class. Class starts promptly at the time listed.
