It is very important to wear shoes that will stay securely on your feet. Old tennis shoes, water shoes, and sandals with a heel strap are great. (No crocs or flip-flops please.)

Note: The minimum age for this trip is six years and the minimum weight is 50 lbs. This trip is about seven miles on the water and is rated as moderate difficulty. Some physical exertion will be required.
