Know Before You Go

All passengers MUST arrive 15 minutes before tour time. It will be considered as a no-show if customers have not arrived at scheduled tour time, no refund will be given
All passengers must submit online waiver sent by email, 48 hours BEFORE helicopter tour time (if booked for the next or same day, it must be submitted immediately). If waiver is not received on time, the tour will be cancelled, no refunds
NO BAGS, hats, headwear, vapes or detached accessories from body are allowed! Empty pockets are required, only bring your photo ID/ Credit card, and cell phone
Keen Fly reserves the right to cancel or reschedule at their discretion, due to many different factors such as, bad weather conditions, maintenance, FAA mandatory inspections and/or a TFR (Temporary Flight Restriction); Keen Fly can deny passengers boarding if they are deemed intoxicated or impaired - no refund will be given
Passengers weighing over 280 lbs are subject to Comfort Seat charge. Maximum weight, per group, in total is 750 lbs
All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour with the reservations center at least 24 hours in advance at +1 (786) 523- 6127. Specialists are available daily from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (Eastern Time). Reservations not reconfirmed are subject to rescheduling or cancellation. Cancellations requests and no-shows will be charged in full and are non-refundable
