High Mountain Distillery Tour and Cocktails
In the shadow's of the 14er's known as the Collegiate Peaks and in the heart of Salida, lies Wood's High Mountain Distillery. They will show you how they create their spirits using a German pot still built in the 1880's named Ashley. Their very friendly and outgoing staff will answer any questions you have about the distillation process, town of Salida or adventurous activities in the area. They often host live music, and always host a lively atmosphere with delicious craft cocktails. Through the creation of their own simple syrups, bitters, liqueurs and spirits, you will taste their passion for spirits and adventure. Enjoy a sample of each of their spirits, and up to 2 cocktails each, (4 total) during your experience.
Experience includes a tour through the back of the distillery where they create all their spirits. Includes four cocktails.
