You'll be picked up from your accommodations and head to Rui Vaz village for hiking. Located in the middle of the island, hiking to Pico da Antonia can be challenging but you'll realize it was well worth the effort when you reach the top. It offers you an exceptional panoramic view of the island.
Pico da Antonia is the highest point on Santiago Island with 1394 meters of altitude. You'll feel like you're at the end of the world touching the sky. At the top of Pico da Antonia, it's possible to see the whole island, and on a clear day you can see Fogo and Maio islands.
