This fully-guided day tour is full of fun and interesting locations! Your tour starts in New Zealand’s largest city, Auckland. As you're driven out of the city your guide will set the scene for your adventure while also pointing out and guiding you past some of the city’s top highlights. Next you'll travel through the stunning Waikato countryside encountering mighty rivers, impressive mountains, and several farm animals along the way. 

Then, arrive at 'Hobbiton.' You'll board one of the big green Hobbiton busses and depart on a 2.5-hour fully-guided tour of the amazing 12-acre movie set, ending with a cold complimentary beverage at the famous Hobbiton pub 'The Green Dragon Inn.'

After that, you'll pass through Tirau on you way to the Wai-O-Tapu Geothermal Wonderland. Get out and explore before heading to Rotorua to see some of the city's highlights.  Finally, you'll head back to Auckland with memories and pictures of your incredible day!
