Holbox Beach Day
Experience this island in the Yucatan Peninsula. Holbox is located at the Northeastern tip of the Yucatan Peninsula.
Holbox is 43-kilometers long and its beaches are composed of fine sand where beautiful seashells are constantly brought to the edge of the beach. Visitors will enjoy the jade green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. These beaches are perfect for swimming. On this island there is only a small village, also called Holbox, where less than 1,500 people live now. With sandy streets and wooden houses, it is one of those places that is perfect for a postcard. Most people are fishermen that catch grouper and barracuda, and lobster and octopus in season. As one can imagine, the seafood sold in local restaurants is fresh and delicious. Duration: 8 hours
