About Intro Rockies Survival Course - 2 Days :

Learn some incredible survival techniques, sharpen your bushcraft skills, and enjoy an amazing two-day experience in the breathtaking heart of the central Rockies and the banks of the North Saskatchewan River. This intro survival and bush-craft training provides an introduction to basic outdoor skills and northern bushcraft.
Participants will focus equal amounts on theory, outdoor awareness, being properly prepared, tricks and techniques to keep you alive in emergency situations, and a lot of practical bushcraft skills. Participants will gain knowledge that can be used in a wide variety of outdoor scenarios from camping, hunting, canoeing, or hiking. You'll have opportunities to hone and develop new abilities, and have the chance to spend one night sleeping in your very own improvised survival shelter.
