Recommended items for you to bring: rain gear, fleece jacket or wool pullover, long pants (quick dry), hiking boots or quality running shoes, a hat for sun protection, another hat for warmth, gloves or mittens, long johns for outdoor sleeping, sleeping bag, thermarest sleeping mattress, flashlight, toiletries, sunscreen, matches/lighter (in a waterproof case), whistle, pocketknife, water bottle, nylon rope, binoculars, camera (in waterproof case)
