Journey Through Winchester's Past

Walk the historic, beautiful, streets of England's ancient capital, Winchester. Along the way, discover this charming city's literary connection to Jane Austen, John Keats, and more while also sampling the many, many, wonderful pubs along the way!
First, you will see William the Conquer's Winchester Castle and The Great Hall, hearing the Legend of King Arthur. Walk the High Street, before arriving at the world-famous, Winchester Cathedral. Here the tour begins the discussion of the lady who left her mark on Winchester and the world: Jane Austen.

After, walk the banks of the River Itchen which inspired the works of poet John Keats. And finally, see the somber Jane Austen House.
