Know Before You Go
Bring spare camera batteries, sunscreen, a sun hat, comfortable walking shoes, casual clothes, a warm top, a rain jacket, personal medication, and binoculars, as camera supplies are limited on Kangaroo Island.
Luggage is limited to 15kg per person due to small 4WD tours, requiring one smaller bag per person, with excess luggage stored at your Adelaide accommodation.

You will meet the guide only after disembarking from the ferry on the Kangaroo Island. How to get to the Kangaroo Island from Adelaide Central Bus Station. Make your own way to Adelaide Central Bus Station (your bus leaves at 6:45 am. Please be at the station at least 15 minutes before) and look for the SeaLink bus inside the bus station. Sea Link coaches for transfers between Adelaide and Cape Jervis are clearly marked and located inside the Adelaide Bus Station, near the bus and coach pick-up lanes at the back. When you arrive at the Cape Jarvis, take the SeaLink ferry to Kangaroo Island, where you’ll meet your local guide and begin your wildlife discovery.
