Louisiana Cuisine Cooking Class
Casa Pelican Cooking School offers small group, hands-on classes instructing home cooks of all skill levels in the regional cuisine of Louisiana. Each class features heritage Cajun and Creole recipes that showcase fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Because cooking should ALWAYS be a pleasurable experience, they offer a relaxed, casual atmosphere where no questions are too simple or too complicated to ask. Couples will enjoy wine/beverages while they cook and each class will conclude with a sit-down meal of the dishes prepared. Example classes offered Cajun and Creole Basics, Louisiana Seafood, New Orleans Jazz Brunch, Famous New Orleans Restaurant Dishes, New Orleans Cocktail Party, and Special Custom Classes. Duration: 3.5 to 4 hours
