On this tour, learn in-depth knowledge and local customs passed from generation to generation and about the corn production process by visiting a sustainable cornfield in the company of Don Francisco. Try ancestral corn-based drinks called pozole and atole.
Next, you'll participate in the preparation of a typical Mayan meal prepared in an underground oven with local ingredients, and see how the colorful and traditional hammocks are hand-made by artisans. In the horn workshop, you will be shown the process of extracting the material and creating accessories such as earrings and necklaces.
You will even get to cool off in the Lol-Ha cenote! To top it off, you will also visit the Yaxunah archaeological site.
