Following pick up at your hotel at 8:00am, you will take a pleasant 1 hour and 30 minute drive to Ba Ria Central Market. On the way, you'll stop to stretch your legs and pick up your local guide for the Long Tan – Nui Dat area.
Next, you will arrive in Nui Dat, or SAS Hill, the former base of the Australian Army. Your guide will illuminate the important history of this area, showing photos so that it is easy for you to remember or imagine this period in time. You will continue on to the Long Tan Cross, the most emotional part of the tour. With flowers and incense, you'll perform a ritual ceremony to show your respect for the people who passed away in this place.
Leaving Nui Dat, you'll head to the beach city of Vung Tau where you will enjoy a delicious lunch with a sea view. Then you will visit the must-see spots of Vung Tau. Before you head back to Ho Chi Minh City, you will have a chance to take a photo with the famous Statue of Jesus on top of the hill.
