Lower Keys History and Nature Tour from Key West
Half-day guided tour of the Lower Keys with stops at the 7-mile bridge, Bahia Honda State Park, and Big Pine Key.
During this tour, you'll learn the history, culture, and ecology of the Florida Keys, explore the Lower Keys between Key West and Marathon, listen to island music, and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.
Your excursion begins with pick-up from your hotel, vacation rental or private residence accomodation in Key West or Stock Island.
From here, your first stop will be the National Key Deer Refuge, a home for the endangered Key Deer that are indigenous to the Florida Keys to enjoy a Key Deer Safari where you will look for and photograph the deer. Your tour guide will also take you to see the Blue Hole where you will be able to spot local wildlife such as alligators and more.
The tour will then take you to the infamous Seven Mile Bridge, you'll have the opportunity to walk out onto the old bridge to enjoy the spectacular view. The last stop on your Florida Keys journey is at the Bahia Honda State Park where you can dip your toes in both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean.
