Chicago School of Shoemaking & Leather Arts is passionate about passing on the delight and excitement of leather working and shoemaking. Shoemaking has been described as a “lost art”. But now you can find it in Chicago. In this popular full day Sneakers class, students choose from a variety of leather and hardware colors to make their custom sneaks. And new kicks are just the beginning! A wide range of classes are offered to include an intro to leather work, bag making, small leather goods and more. Whether you love shoes, love working with your hands, or are just interested in a fun and unique experience where you leave with a custom-made item you can actually use, you're welcomed at the Chicago School of Shoemaking.
