This is a fully guided day trip featuring Mt Cook's highlights, including scenic flights in a helicopter and a ski plane with a Tasman Glacier landing, plus free time for optional activities. Lunch is not provided, but there are opportunities to purchase food along the way and in Aoraki/Mt Cook.
Starting in Queenstown, the tour passes through the Kawarau Gorge, Cromwell, and Lindis Pass, stopping for photos and breaks. In Aoraki National Park, the tour includes a stunning flight experience and views of Lake Pukaki. After arriving at Mt Cook Village, there is free time for walks or other activities.
On the return to Queenstown, stops include High Country Salmon Farm and Jackson's Orchard for fresh produce.
