Stand-up Paddle Boarding is one of the best ways to get out and enjoy the water. The sport began as an ancient Hawaiian tradition that was reintroduced to the world in the mid-60’s and has since become the fastest growing board spot in the world, largely credited to the fact that it’s pretty easy to learn!

You’ll have 2 hours to explore the Ecological Reserve and enjoy one of San Diego’s best paddleboarding spots. While you’re on the water, you’ll have a chance to see the Seven Sea Caves, lots of marine life, and La Jolla’s iconic scenery!
