Papal Audience and St. Peter's Basilica Guided Tour
When in Rome... make it your mission to see the pope himself. Get early access to the papal audience ceremony, and witness the pope in action! It's not every day you get to see a figure of such importance up close. Although papal audience tickets are free, organizing it all yourself can take precious time out of your trip to Rome. Save some hassle by joining this small group, secure a great place to watch the pope make his way to the stage, and join the weekly gathering which includes prayers, blessings and a homily. After the audience, you'll have a guided tour of the iconic Basilica of St. Peter. As you tour the Renaissance-style church, with its famous dome (added by Michelangelo) and unrivalled architecture that Raphael also played a part in, you'll see masterpieces like Michelangelo's Piet and Bernini's Baldacchino.
Note: The tour runs rain or shine. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women.
