The journey begins at Bodega El Catador, an award-winning artisanal winery known for its handcrafted piscos, including innovative varieties like semi-prepared Pisco Sour and fine Pisco Cream. At Bodega Lazo, guests can sample a wide selection of wines, piscos, and Cachinas while exploring a historic Spanish cellar and rustic museum showcasing artifacts from pre-Hispanic cultures, colonial times, and beyond. The final stop is the Tacama winery, set in one of Peru’s oldest haciendas.
